Hello, and thanks for asking.
It's a timely and tricky question. What forum did you see this announcement on? It disappearing obviously doesn't mean it's been cancelled.
If you're in that area yourself, you may know something about the local political leadership. If you perceive this as a threat to public safety, the local police might be proactive in a good way. Hard to tell nowadays. Perhaps the local elected officials, mayor/city council, might be a better bet? In any case, encouraging them all to uphold and defend the rule of law in a civil society seems appropriate.
If you have any suspicion that one or more of these folks would have participated in the DC insurrection last week, the local FBI office might be interested in the YouTube links.
