Why did my attempt to start a discussion disappear?

I started a discussion, asking a question about posting a diary. The next time I returned to the help page my discussion had disappeared. Can anyone tell me why? Of course when it comes to actually posting, I intend to follow all the rules: joining DK, waiting the prescribed period, etc. But that isn't necessary for a helpdesk discussion is it? Could the problem be with other places my username has been (BAD username!)? I can create a new online id for discussing serious sociopolitical matters if need be...

    Hi,
It did not disappear. You'll find the discussion (and our reply) here:

Our reply will also have been sent to the email address you used to contact us here. You may wish to check your email Spam folder to see if it was misdirected.
