Getting daily summary

Until a short time ago, I was getting a daily download of recommended articles. Now they are no longer appearing. How do I get it reactivated?

    I seem to be missing a LOT of Daily Kos stuff: It all turns up in spam folder, and I NEVER adjusted anything to make it do that. How to get you back into regular email?

    If the emails were getting sent to my junk (spam) folder, I could just re-direct them to my inbox, but that is not the case in my situation.

    If you’re using Outlook, you go to the message that was sent to junk, right-click on it, Highlight the “junk” option, and click on the “not Junk” item. Or you can also tell it – in the same sequence of clicks to “never block sender.”

    You have somewhat different issues, it appears.

    Db, your emails have somehow been marked as spam, and so I'll provide some boilerplate instructions below for getting reinstated.

    Galia, it looks like you ARE receiving our emails, but it is entirely possible that they are getting shunted to spam for no obvious reason. It is a good idea for you to take some precautions as db suggests.

    Here's the reinstatement process, with some context.

    Only you can request reinstatement directly from Action Network -- the agency that manages our email list -- since it would be a conflict of interest for us to initiate that request. You may do so by following this link: https://actionnetwork.org/forms/remove-yourself-from-the-global-blo... They ask for one business day to process your reinstatement request.

    Once that day has passed, please follow up to your query here with a confirmation that you've submitted such a request to Action Network. Then we can proceed to reinstate your email.

    Meanwhile, it would be a good idea for you to check with your email provider to see what you might need to have in place so that the emails are not diverted again. It's possible, for example, that you'll need to set your own email filter explicitly to accept our emails. Our emails come from this address: campaigns AT dailykos DOT com (spelled out here to avoid our software filter).
