can't send someone an invitation to join group

I also posted this as a reply to the BYS group problem that Lyleross posted. I've been trying to send them an invitation to join the group but keep getting an error message. Attached a screenshot of the message. Thanks

    Yesterday and again today several times each occasion. I saw the reply to
    this same message in another thread by Lyleross that said perhaps he's
    already been invited and that's why I can't invite him now. It may be in
    Lyle's hands now because I can't see if he's already received an invitation
    from another Admin. A group member sent me a pm asking me to do this so I
    have no other history here. thanks

    I got an invitation just yesterday (I missed it) and that is probably why there is a cross-over. I linked up an article to the group and it published. But it doesn't seem to have gone to the group moderator. I will follow up with him Thanks for the superlative effort on this!

    You're welcome.
    I believe that any group Admin ought to be able to see the full list of group members, including those who have been Invited (no matter who sent the invitation, as far as I know). If that's not the case for you, Besame, please let me know, because that would be something for us to dig into here.

    It's all there the names of actual members and the invited people. What's
    missing is my problem solving ability. I hit a wall and forget doors and
    windows exist. 

    Nah. Not to worry. It took me a minute to notice the "duplicate" language, and honestly I think that's only because I overlooked it more completely before. ;)
    But I'm glad to hear that it's as it should be. The fewer repairs we need to do the better.
    Happily closing this ticket now.
