My daily KOS E-mail is deleted when I try to open the message. Other E-mails are unaffected.

Hello, and thanks for asking for help.

I am not sure I fully understand the problem, however. When you say it's deleted, do you mean that when you click on the subject line (or whatever you do, to open the email from your inbox) it disappears from your inbox instead of opening the email? That's quite an unusual result, hence my request for clarification.

Hi. Thanks. When I try to read the article below the subject line, only the "subject" or "title" is left. I get  E-mails from Rolling Stone, (good  left leaning political writing also) which I found is having the same problem. I'm using Trend Micro mobile security, which hasn't reported a problem. I'm not seeing this with any other E-mails.

    All right, thanks for clarifying.

My first guess is that your security software is interfering with the email loading process--and I'm going to speculate further that it's happening because the software doesn't like our so-called third-party links within the body of the email. Probably the same phenomenon is happening for your RS emails.

Are you comfortable disabling this security feature simply for the sake of a test check? That is the fastest route for getting an answer.
