I am getting a demand to subscribe without being told when the last payment was made. Would appreciate advice.

    Hello, and thanks for asking.

Our records show that your subscription was supposed to autorenew on November 22nd. Something went wrong, though; we show an error state. That happens for a variety of reasons, including an expired cc card.

Unfortunately, it is likely that you'll have to start from scratch with your subscription. Even more unfortunately, currently our new subscription portal is down for repairs. It should be back up in a matter of days, and if you like I can put your name on the list of those to whom we'll send notices that the subscription feature is up and running again.

Sorry not to have better news to share.

Many many thanks for the info.

One request -- please pass it on to the top --- : PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE offer PayPal as an option for paying... with a surcharge to cover any extra expenses. I DO NOT LIKE releasing my credit card information

I will pass along the request, though I cannot promise any action.

Of course, I'll be happy to let you know when subs are open for new business again.

    You're welcome!
