I have not been able to access any of the content of the site for days now

Help!! I cannot access any of the content in the mobile version on my I-Phone. Why???

    Okay. It's been 5 days now that a bunch of people have been having this problem, and as far as I can tell the only thing the Help desk folks have done is to delete the earlier dialogue about it. Is this a virus of some sort?

    Sorry you are having trouble accessing the site.

    The previous discussion was closed because most of the people were able to fix the problem by clearing their cache, and/or making sure they have cookies enabled.

    If neither of those approaches works for you, please post another Help Desk ticket and we will offer other possible solutions.

    Fair enough. Thanks for responding. I have no ides how to "clear my cache,"
    and I shouldn't have one since I've never drafted or downloaded a diary,
    but I'm willing to give it a try if you guide me.

    I'd also be interested in activating my membership. I registered once, I
    believe with the handle of "V4veritas," but lost the notebook in which I
    kept passwords and haven't been able to login.
