This should be routed to the attention of a systems dev (programmer/analyst, etc.) because it's bad/strange stuff.
Here's the link to the specific comment from Lefty Coaster that has the weird stuff in it but the reply from KenBee in the (very short) comment thread also deserves some attention:

    Thanks for the query.

It's hard to tell much from that particular comment thread. There are benign explanations for an errant hyperlink sneaking into a line, especially if someone is in a number of tabs making several comments within several different posts in a very short period of time. On that afternoon Lefty Coaster wasn't only busy commenting, they were also tending a post, so with all of that juggling it's easy to have something copied to a clipboard make an appearance in a different place than what was intended. So the test case here is just not clear enough to use. (That site in the tiny little hyperlink is legit, by the way.)

As for the complaints that KenBee made--yes, we are looking again at the comment-jumping issue. The odd behavior of comment boxes is possibly due to having too much stale data in the browser cache, a problem especially acute for tablets and other devices with limited storage capacity. Cultivating the habit of frequent cache-clearing can go a long way to boosting site performance generally.

Thanks again. Busy time, busy site, lots to process, and not likely to slow down any time soon. Appreciate you reporting anomalous behavior here.
