the new front page will not load on my ipad.

please stop making it the default until after you have finished working out the bugs. I had to use a desktop to send you this message because I could not get to the Contact page on the ipad because the new front page ...

    How about not making it the default until after you have finished working out the bugs? Just a thought.

    Hello, and thanks for reaching out to us. I am very sorry that you're having difficulty loading the site in the new Front Page format. Would you mind telling us what particular model of iPad you're using, as well as the iOS version? We'd definitely like to track down what might be interfering with the new Front Page load.

    It is possible for you to regain access to the old Front Page by entering this link directly into your browser's address bar: https://www.dailykos.com/softlaunch/set_default That will return you to the old view and likely keep you there for as long as you have a tab open to the site. Since we are diverting users on a random basis to the new Front Page, however, there is a small chance every time you start anew that you'll get the new Front Page as well. But the full URL I supplied above will always redirect you as you prefer, if need be.

    I'll watch for your update with the device information. Thanks for your support of the site, and apologies again for the inconvenience.

    My ipad runs on os8 -- yeah, it is a few years old, but it is adequate for
    my usage. Don't know the model number, sorry.

    Thank you for the info. I will access dailykos the way you described.
