1/3 of Front Page is BLOCKED
Headers are thick enough to block 1/3 of my screen. I got a great big new monitor so I could see -- and now DKos has figured out how to eat up fully 1/3 of the top. Leaving me a very small area to scroll and read. I'm disappointed.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hello, and thanks for reporting this issue. Sorry that your experience with the site has been frustrating.
What setup are you using again? And is this on all pages? Story pages? Blog pages? Front page? Is this from an ad or from site content?
You probably know the drill: we need a specific link to a page with this issue. A screenshot or two would also be hugely helpful.
Appreciate your help with troubleshooting.
