Any way to list the top X commenters, by # of comments?

Someone posted such a list years ago, forgot who. Obviously it can be done on the back end (I've worked with SQL). The top 100 would be nice. Someone posted a diary about how Gooserock has 175k (which is insane btw), so my curiosity is piqued. Is there any way to do this via the search feature?

Sure. Go to Search/Users, change By Activity: to Last Commented, and click the Search button. When you have the list of users who have commented, click the arrow above Comments to sort by number of comments. It should be high to low, but if it isn't, click the arrow again to change that.

Search is currently not working (at least on my computer, so it may be a while)

Correction - User search is working, but it times out on the full dataset. Hasn't in the past, so I assume it will be corrected.
