"Resuming episode" comes out of my speaker whenever I refresh the front page
I have Windows 8. It happens both with Chrome and IE browsers. It does not happen with other websites, or other pages on DK, just the front page. I do not have Narrator running. I have never experienced this on any website before, just DailyKos front page, beginning today, Feb 2.
Is there something that was changed today on DailyKos that would have started this? It is very annoying. Is there a way for me to turn it off?
Thank you.

It stopped for a while, but it's happening again.
Using a MAC on Safari.

The issue is with DailyKos radio's stitcher player.
If you are running adblock or similar filtering on your web browser, block
stitcher.com (used for DailyKos radio) and audio is hidden, along with your
ability to listen to DailyKos radio.

I blocked it with adblock plus.
Right click on the daily kos radio widget, add filter.
Yes, if someone uses the radio feature that may seem rather harsh, You can always unblock it if they fix the issue.

Slightly Off topic, but: If DailyKos radio offered a daily digest where I
could hear some key moments, I might be more likely to listen to the entire
program.

We pulled it and are yelling at Stitcher, who swore they had fixed it.

Wednesday Feb 6,
Still happening. Very annoying. Someone may have yelled at Stitcher, but it's not fixed.
