Tweet link broken with double quote

When you use the tweet link on a diary with a title which contains double quotes (possibly single quotes as well, but I have not encountered one such) only the text up to the first double quote, and a double space, is included. Image attached.

    I'm sorry I missed replying to your message originally. There were multiple reports of this and sometimes I don't realize that I haven't replied to everyone.

    A fix for this is queued and should be deployed relatively soon.
